What we keep, why, and the terms for our emails and texts. Last updated October 2026.
When you buy
We keep your name, email, phone if you give it, the address we ship to and what you bought, so we can send your order, answer questions and handle returns. Card payments go through Square. Your card number goes straight to Square and never reaches us. We only see the card brand and last four digits.
To ship your order we pass your name and address to the shipping service and the post office. We never sell your details.
Emails
If you tick the box at checkout or sign up on the site, we email you about new drops, restocks and sales. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click. Emails are sent through our email provider, which only uses your address to deliver them.
Texts
If you sign up for texts, you agreed to these words: “Yes, send recurring automated marketing texts about EVOKE Vintage drops, restocks and sales to this number. Up to 6 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
We text about drops, restocks and sales, up to 6 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to stop the texts at any time. After STOP you get no more texts unless you text START. Signing up is never a condition of buying anything.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Texts are sent through Twilio, which only uses your number to deliver them.
We keep a record of when and how you signed up and of any STOP, as the law asks.
Cookies and trackers
We do not use ad trackers or analytics cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back, and it never leaves your device until you check out. The only cookie we set is the sign-in for the shop's staff.
Kids
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep their details.
Your choices
Ask us any time to see, correct or delete what we keep about you. We keep order records as long as the tax rules require.
