Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, from our shop in Charlotte. We do not ship outside the US yet.

What it costs

Shipping is worked out at checkout from the weight of your order, before you pay.

How long it takes

We pack and ship orders within 3 business days. When your order ships we email you the tracking number. Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after that, depending on the carrier and where you are.

Free pickup

Choose pickup at checkout and get your order at the shop, 1824 Statesville Ave Suite 109, Charlotte NC 28206, during open hours. We email you when it is ready. Bring your order number. We hold pickup orders for 14 days. After that we may cancel the order and refund you.

Wrong address, lost or damaged

Check your address at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us fast through the contact page and we will fix it if the order has not shipped. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, see our returns policy.
