Who we are
This site is run by EVOKE Vintage, a vintage clothing shop at 1824 Statesville Ave Suite 109, Charlotte NC 28206. When these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who we mean. By buying from us or using this site you agree to these terms.
Vintage is one of one
Almost everything we sell is used and one of a kind. Expect the normal signs of age and wear. We describe and photograph each piece honestly and call out flaws we find, but small marks can slip by. Sizes on old tags often run different from today, so check the measurements when we list them, or ask us before you buy.
Prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Sales tax is added at checkout as the law asks. When you start checkout we hold your pieces for 10 minutes while you pay. Your order is placed once your payment goes through and you see your order number.
Our pieces are also for sale in the shop. If a piece sells at the register at the same moment you buy it online, or a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will cancel that piece and refund you in full. We may also cancel an order we believe is fraud.
Payment
Card payments go through Square. Your card number goes straight to Square and never reaches us.

Emails and texts
We only email or text you about drops and sales if you ask us to. The details are in our privacy and texting terms.
Using this site
The photos, words and the EVOKE name and logo on this site are ours. Do not copy them for your own shop or listings. Do not try to break into the site, overload it, or scrape it with bots.
The fine print
We do our best to keep the site working and correct, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site, and the most we owe you for any order is what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
These terms follow the laws of North Carolina. Any dispute goes to the courts in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on the day you ordered applies to that order.
